A customized mandate provides institutional investors with the benefit of a bespoke investment program as well as the portfolio diversification, streamlined administration and consolidated reporting benefits of a traditional fund of funds.
Northleaf manages a C$400 million mandate focused on the Canadian private equity and venture capital market on behalf of the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board and a C$205 million fund of funds primarily focused on Ontario-based and Ontario focused venture capital and growth fund investments on behalf of the Ontario Venture Capital Fund.
Northleaf also manages a series of customized global private equity investment programs on behalf of a number of leading institutional investors. In many cases, these custom programs include a range of value-added ancillary services, including advice on portfolio strategy, investment pacing analysis, consolidated portfolio reporting and active management of legacy private equity fund portfolios.
