Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Dominic Owen and Mitch Reeves have joined our firm as Associates on the private equity team. Dominic and Mitch will be based in the Toronto, Canada office and will participate in all aspects of Northleaf’s private markets investment activities, with a focus on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private equity investments.
Previously, Dominic worked as both an investment banking associate and analyst at Paradigm Capital, where he focused on M&A transactions in a variety of sectors including healthcare, mining, consumer products and industrials. Dominic received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Mitch worked as an associate at Scotiabank in their Canadian Debt Capital Markets group where he supported the origination, structuring and execution of debt offerings for domestic and foreign issuers. Mitch received a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University.
