Mr. Chan is part of a team responsible for the financial reporting of Northleaf Capital Partners’ global fund of funds program and separately managed accounts.
Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital Private Equity Investors, in 2008, Mr. Chan was a Manager at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he was responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes within the organization. Previously, Mr. Chan was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services Group focusing on the financial services, technology and entertainment industries.
Mr. Chan received a B.Comm (Honours) from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Accountant designation.
