Mr. Paniccia participates in all aspects of Northleaf’s investment activities, with primary responsibility for the coordination of Northleaf’s portfolio management and monitoring functions. He also conducts economic and market research to support the firm’s investment and investor relations activities. 

Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital Private Equity Investors, in 2006, Mr. Paniccia worked at TD Asset Management ("TDAM"), where he managed a team responsible for portfolio reporting across active retail and institutional segregated mandates. Previously, Mr. Paniccia worked at TD Wealth Management Services where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of daily valuations for TDAM hedge funds and exchange traded funds, as well as other TDAM retail funds and portfolios.

Mr. Paniccia received an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and a B.A. (Honours) from York University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
