Northleaf Capital Partners promotes members of its global investment team

Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce several promotions across its $10 billion global mid-market private equity, private credit and infrastructure investment platform. Northleaf is committed to attracting, developing and retaining exceptional professionals and is delighted to recognize these individuals for their leadership, track record and contributions to Northleaf’s continued growth and success.

  • Brad Blowes has been promoted to Vice President (Private Equity) in the New York office, recognizing his success in executing and managing private equity primary, secondary and direct investment transactions for Northleaf’s global private equity and specialist private equity secondary funds. Brad recently relocated from Toronto to help launch Northleaf’s New York office.
  • Serge Koniski has been promoted to Director (Private Equity) in the London office, recognizing his leadership contributions to the growth and development of Northleaf’s private equity activities in the UK and Europe. Serge has leveraged his experience and network to proactively source, lead and complete a number of investment opportunities, and has played an instrumental role in fostering Northleaf’s fund manager and intermediary relationships in Europe. 
  • Spencer Ross has been promoted to Vice President (Private Credit) in the Toronto office, acknowledging his strong contributions to building Northleaf’s portfolio of mid-market private credit loans, including senior, unitranche and second lien investments. Spencer has also actively supported Northleaf’s successful private credit fundraising initiatives.

With more than $10 billion of capital commitments under management on behalf of 80 institutional investors, the Northleaf team numbers more than 110 professionals located in Toronto, Montreal, London, New York, Chicago, Menlo Park and Melbourne.
