TORONTO (January 4, 2023) - Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Paul Gill has joined our firm as a Vice President, Infrastructure, based in our Toronto office. Paul will participate in due diligence, execution and asset management for Northleaf’s infrastructure investments in North America.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Paul was an Investment Professional at a mid-market infrastructure fund where he focused on originating, evaluating, structuring and negotiating transactions for companies in the energy transition, midstream, power and utility sectors in North America. Previously, Paul was an Investment Associate at Capstone Infrastructure where he worked on transactions in the power, utility and transportation sectors. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey.
Paul received a Master of Laws from University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration (with Distinction) from Ivey Business School, Western University.
