Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Spencer Ross has joined our firm’s growing private credit team and will be based in Toronto. In this role, he participates in all aspects of Northleaf’s private credit investment activities, with a focus on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private credit investments in North America. Spencer is also involved in Northleaf’s private credit investor relations activities.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Spencer was an Associate at The Catalyst Group, where he was responsible for the evaluation and execution of private equity investments. Previously, he was an Associate at KPS Capital Partners, a New York based private equity fund. Spencer also has experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Spencer received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
