Arash is part of a team responsible for the management of Northleaf’s compliance programs, including the ongoing development, implementation and improvement of compliance programs across Northleaf’s investment platform and global office locations.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Arash held various compliance roles at Manulife Financial, most recently as Director, Private Markets Compliance and previously as Director, Global Wealth and Asset Management Compliance. Prior to this, Arash held compliance roles at a number of financial services firms, including State Farm and TD Bank.
Arash received a Master of Business Administration, Financial Services from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts (Finance) from Mercyhurst University.
