Northleaf Announces Global Team Promotions, including three new Managing Directors

TORONTO, CANADA (January 5, 2026) – Northleaf Capital Partners (“Northleaf”) is pleased to announce the 2025 year-end promotions across the firm, including three new Managing Directors. These promotions recognize exceptional contributions to the growth of our global mid-market private equity, private credit, and infrastructure platform and the superior long-term performance we have delivered to our investors.  

With more than US$30 billion in capital commitments raised to date from over 300 institutional investors and family offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, Northleaf has an established, long-term track record as a global investor in private equity, private credit and infrastructure.

  Kathleen joined Northleaf in 2017 and is focused on building and developing relationships with institutional investors, family offices and the consulting community in Quebec and the Maritime Provinces.
   
• Griffin LeFrancois - Private Credit, Corporate Direct Lending (Chicago, U.S.A.)
  Griffin joined Northleaf in 2022 and is focused on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of the firm’s private credit investments in North America.
   
• Kristin Shearer - Private Equity, Secondaries (Toronto, Canada)
  Kristin joined Northleaf in 2015 and is focused on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of the firm’s private equity investments.
