Alicia participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2024, Alicia was an Associate at OMERS on the Growth Equity team where she supported the origination, evaluation and execution of investments in the software, healthcare and fintech verticals. Alicia previously completed a rotational program at OMERS across Growth Equity, Oxford Properties and Infrastructure.
Alicia received a Bachelor of Business Administration (High Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
