Eric is involved in driving operational improvements across Northleaf’s private markets platform, working closely with the Investor Operations team to identify and execute on opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce time to deliver and reduce operational risk across our core business processes.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Eric was a Director, Distribution Strategy and Transformation, at Royal Bank of Canada where he developed and executed strategies that optimized the bank’s distribution channels. Previously, Eric was an Executive Director of Business Platforms at JP Morgan Wealth Management where he held operational responsibilities and managed transformational projects.
Eric received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from City University in Hong Kong and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a Financial Risk Manager and a Project Management Professional. He also holds a Data Science Certificate and a Lean Six Sigma Certificate.
