Ryan Pave

Ryan participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Ryan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Solomon Partners where he worked on a number of M&A and restructuring transactions in the healthcare sector.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
