Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Jeanette White has assumed the leadership of the firm’s global Human Resources activities across our Toronto, London, Chicago and Menlo Park offices. Jeanette succeeds Sandra Channell who recently retired from Northleaf after more than 30 years with Northleaf and its predecessor firm (TD Capital) and TD Bank Group. As a member of the Management Committee, Jeanette is responsible for leading Northleaf’s strategic planning for human capital needs and implementing organizational “best practices” across the firm. Her role also includes human resource planning and administration, employee relations, training and professional development, and recruitment, as well as managing Northleaf’s administration and support team.
Prior to joining Northleaf in early 2016, Jeanette had a long career at TD Bank Group, including more than 20 years of senior Human Resources experience in TD Wealth Management and TD Asset Management. Jeanette attended Fanshawe College and has completed continuing education courses in Human Resources Management focusing on Organizational Behaviour, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources Administration and Recruiting and Selection.
