Northleaf announces global team promotions, including five new Managing Directors

TORONTO, CANADA (January 10, 2024) – Northleaf Capital Partners (“Northleaf”) is pleased to announce the 2023 year-end promotions across the firm, including five new Managing Directors. The promotions recognize the contributions of these individuals to the continued growth of our global mid-market private equity, private credit and infrastructure platform. With the backing of new and existing investors, Northleaf raised US$3.1 billion in 2023, bringing total capital commitments to US$24 billion since the firm’s inception. The Northleaf team now numbers more than 250 professionals across nine global offices.

The following team members were promoted to Managing Director:

Brad joined in 2014 as a Senior Associate. Brad focuses on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity secondary and direct investments.

Kam joined in 2009 as Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller and is responsible for the accounting and controllership functions of Northleaf's corporate entities.

Megan joined in 2014 as Legal Counsel and is focused on all legal aspects of Northleaf’s investment and fund formation activities across its global platform.

Tom joined in 2019 as a Vice President. Tom focuses on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity secondary and direct investments.
