TORONTO (January 30, 2023) – Northleaf Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Hayley Hughes and Michelle Van Hyfte have joined the firm as Investor Relations Associates on our Private Credit team and Infrastructure team, respectively, based in our Toronto office.
Hayley will participate in the investor relations, business development and communications activities for Northleaf’s private credit program. Prior to joining Northleaf, Hayley was an Associate in the Global Markets Corporate Banking group at BMO Capital Markets where she performed modeling and valuation analysis and worked on credit documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Hayley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Michelle will participate in the investor relations, business development and communications activities for Northleaf’s infrastructure program. Prior to joining Northleaf, Michelle was a Senior Analyst, Investments at the University of Calgary where she managed the endowment fund, preparing valuation and performance reports and performing diligence on potential investments. Previously, she was an Investment Operations Associate at Orbis Investments where she led the retail client services team in Vancouver and responded to operational client queries. Michelle received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (with distinction) from University of Calgary and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
