Bailey participates in investor relations, business development and communications activities across Northleaf’s private markets platform.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Bailey was a Senior Financial Consultant, Investor Relations at CIBC where she was responsible for supporting investor engagement and provided strategic insights to CIBC’s senior leadership and key stakeholders. Prior to CIBC, Bailey was a Senior Financial Manager at Bell Canada where she led modeling and pricing for large enterprise deals, supported negotiations and retention of key customers.
Bailey received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
