Courtney participates in the origination, evaluation, and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments in North America, with a focus on corporate direct lending.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Courtney was an Investment Analyst at PGIM Private Capital where she was responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of middle market debt investments.
Courtney received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
