Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, JD co-founded and led the Lender Finance business at MidCap Financial and brings more than 20 years of experience, having deployed over US$15 billion across commercial, niche, and consumer asset classes.
JD holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
