Karl participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private credit investments in North America.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Karl was a Managing Director at Midcap Financial, where he led the management of workout situations and restructurings. Karl has also held senior credit investing and portfolio management roles at NXT Capital and Antares.
Karl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and philosophy from Notre Dame.
