Karl participates in the evaluation of new investments, portfolio management and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments in North America.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Karl was a Managing Director at Midcap Financial, where he led the workout and restructuring activities of its private credit portfolio. Karl has also held senior portfolio management roles at NXT Capital and Antares. He began his career with roles at Primus Capital and UBS Investment Bank.
Karl received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
