Manjinder participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Manjinder was a Senior Management Consultant in the Operations and Strategy Consulting practice at KPMG where he worked on corporate strategy and value creation initiatives. He also previously held strategy-related positions with Manulife and Norima Consulting.
Manjinder received a Master of Business Administration and an Honors Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
