Matthew Linakis

Matthew is responsible for designing and managing digital and operational improvements across Northleaf, working with leadership and business units to support initiatives touching all aspects of Northleaf’s global private markets strategy.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2025, Matthew was a Director at Unqork where he was focused on establishing go-to-market strategies for the Financial Services business. Previously, he was a Manager in KPMG's Advisory practice and held analyst roles at Citigroup and HR&A Advisors. 

Matthew received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from American University.
