Michael is a senior member of Northleaf’s infrastructure team. He plays a leadership role for Northleaf's essential infrastructure strategy, with a focus on strategy, portfolio development and asset management.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2025, Michael led the launch of HOOPP’s infrastructure program, building a team of 12 investment professionals and managing $8 billion in AUM. Before that, he held senior investment roles at OMERS and Macquarie. Michael brings over 20 years of direct infrastructure investing experience across the energy transition, transportation, regulated utilities and communications infrastructure.
Michael received an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
