Nicole oversees new investment evaluation, portfolio management and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments. She is a member of the private credit Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2025, Nicole was a Partner at Penfund, a boutique direct lender, where she co-led underwriting and portfolio management. Previously, Nicole was an investment professional at Onex Partners, Onex’s flagship private equity platform. She began her career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse in San Francisco.
Nicole received a B.A. from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
