Nicole oversees the portfolio management and monitoring of private credit investments and also contributes to new investment evaluation.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2025, Nicole was a Partner at Penfund, a boutique direct lender, where she co-led underwriting and portfolio management. Previously, Nicole was an investment professional at Onex Partners, the firm’s flagship private equity platform. She began her career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse in San Francisco.
Nicole received a B.A. from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
