Olivier Laganière
Olivier leads Northleaf’s infrastructure investment activities in the North American energy transition and renewable energy sectors, across transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management. He acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf’s infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards. Olivier is also the head of Northleaf’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2012, Olivier was an investment banker in the Infrastructure Finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he was primarily involved in performing due diligence and developing financial structures for bond-financed infrastructure transactions. Previously, Olivier worked at the Macquarie Group, where he performed financial advisory work on numerous infrastructure transactions, including the development of financial models in support of equity bids for public-private partnerships and concession assets.
Olivier received a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from McGill University.
