Thomas participates in the origination, evaluation, and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments in Europe, with a focus on corporate direct lending.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Thomas was an Associate Director at Metrics Credit Partners where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting and portfolio management of mid-market debt investments. Before that, Thomas was a Senior Associate at Commonwealth Bank of Australia within Leveraged & Acquisition Finance.
Thomas received a First Class Master of Applied Finance in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from University of Western Australia.
