Tom is a product specialist on the infrastructure team and is focused on fundraising, co-investments and investor relations in EMEA.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Tom held senior roles at Innova including leading group strategic initiatives and acting as an Investment Director for their renewable investments team. Tom began his career in the infrastructure and energy practice at Deloitte LLP.
Tom received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant.
