Tony leads Northleaf's controllership function and is responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, financial controls and governance, and finance transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Tony was Senior Vice President, Finance at Deltera, a member of the Tridel Group, where he led Corporate Accounting and Information Technology. Prior to Deltera, he was Head of Finance, Canada at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier in his career, Tony held senior controllership and financial reporting leadership roles at Choice Properties REIT and Cadillac Fairview and began his career with Deloitte's Assurance & Advisory practice.
Tony received a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois.
