Victoria Toncic

Victoria participates in investor relations, business development and communications activities for Northleaf’s private credit program.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Victoria held various roles at Dawson Partners, most recently as a Principal in the Structured Products, Capital Management team, where she led the structuring and execution of CFOs, rated feeders and other financing solutions. She also held investment banking and corporate banking roles at CIBC.

Victoria received a Bachelor of Commerce from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
