Victoria Toncic

Victoria participates in investor relations, capital formation and product strategy across Northleaf’s private credit program. 

Previously, Victoria held various roles at Dawson Partners, most recently as a Principal, Structured Products, where she led the structuring and execution of CFOs, rated feeders and other financing solutions. She also held investment banking and corporate banking roles at CIBC Capital Markets. 

Victoria received a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
