Zachary Weiss

Zach is responsible for Northleaf’s business development activities in the United States, working closely with existing and prospective investors and investment consultants to design, develop and monitor their private markets portfolios.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2026, Zach was a senior fundraising professional focusing on private equity, credit, and infrastructure at CVC Capital Partners. From 2021 to 2023, he was a Director on Sound Point Capital Management's business development team, focusing on private and structured credit strategies. Earlier in his career, Zach spent five years at Apollo Global Management, where he progressed from Business Development Associate to Director of Institutional Sales with coverage responsibilities on the West Coast and Mid Atlantic regions. He began his career in business development and trading roles at MSD Partners, Chatham Asset Management, and SAMCO Capital Markets.

Zach received a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
