Gavin leads the Investor Servicing team responsible for the financial reporting of Northleaf’s global private equity funds, infrastructure funds, private credit funds and separately managed accounts.
Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital, in 2007, Gavin was Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at IA Clarington Investments, a publicly-traded investment management firm, where he managed all aspects of the finance function, including corporate and fund financial reporting. Previously, Gavin was Assistant Vice-President, Finance at Trimark Financial Corporation/AIM Funds Management Inc. Gavin began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants.
Gavin received a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
