Lance leads the portfolio construction, risk management, analytics and research that support Northleaf’s private equity funds and product development activities.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2010, Lance was an associate at McKinsey & Company where he worked on various research and quantitative modelling projects for clients in a range of industries, including financial services, utilities and manufacturing. Previously, Lance worked at ConocoPhillips as a financial analyst. Lance began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Lance received an M.B.A. from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas and a B.A. from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China. Lance holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Certified Internal Auditor designation.
