Tom leads Northleaf’s infrastructure investment activities in Australia and New Zealand, across transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management, and is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee. He acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf’s infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards. Tom is also the head of Northleaf’s Melbourne office.
Tom joined Northleaf in 2015 and served as the firm's Melbourne-based consultant until 2018, when he opened Northleaf's Melbourne office. Previously, Tom was a Director, Infrastructure, at RBC Capital Markets in both London and Sydney, where he managed and executed buy-side, sell-side and strategic advisory mandates, maintained client relationships and undertook business origination and marketing activities. Prior to that, Tom was a Manager at BPM Analytical Empowerment Ltd., where he focused on financial analysis for a range of transactions and strategic planning processes.
He holds Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Melbourne.
