Laura participates in human resources activities across Northleaf’s global private markets platform, managing key human resources strategies including employee engagement, talent management and learning and development.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Laura held progressively senior roles in human resources at Royal Bank of Canada, most recently as Director, Human Resources Business Partner to the Business Financial Services and Business & Retail Distribution teams.
Laura received a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University.
