Chris leads Northleaf’s infrastructure investment activities in the North American communications sector, across transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management. He acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf’s infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2013, Chris was an investment banking associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Macquarie Capital, where he was involved in the structuring and execution of leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, and acquisition financings across a number of industries. Previously, he was a financial manager at the University Health Network.
Chris received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Master of Finance (with Distinction) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
