Northleaf Announces Global Team Promotions, Including Three New Managing Directors

TORONTO, CANADA (January 8, 2025) – Northleaf Capital Partners (“Northleaf”), a global private markets investment firm, is pleased to announce its 2024 year-end promotions, including three new Managing Directors. The promotions recognize these individuals’ contributions to the growth of our global mid-market private equity, private credit, and infrastructure platform and our commitment to delivering superior long-term performance for our investors. Our expanding base of investors entrusted us with US$2.7 billion in capital commitments during 2024, bringing our total commitments raised to US$27 billion. Northleaf now has more than 275 team members across ten global offices and serves more than 300 institutional, family office and wealth management investors globally.

  • Thibault Jarlegant – Infrastructure (London)
    Thibault joined Northleaf in 2023 and is focused on sourcing, due diligence, execution and asset management of Northleaf’s infrastructure investments in the UK and Europe.

  • CJ Wei – Private Credit, Specialty Finance (New York)
    CJ joined Northleaf in 2019 and is focused on the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s asset-based specialty finance investments, including music royalties, healthcare receivables and litigation financing.

  • Michelle Winters – Private Credit, Investor Relations (Toronto)
    Michelle joined Northleaf in 2019 and is focused on private credit fundraising initiatives and leading the private credit investor relations team.
