Michelle Winters

Michelle is a senior member of Northleaf’s private credit team, responsible for investor relations, capital formation and product strategy, with a leadership focus on asset-based finance.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, Michelle was a Director at Hydro One focused on M&A and corporate development across the North American utility sector. Previously, Michelle was a Senior Associate on the investment team at Penfund Capital, a private credit asset manager. Michelle began her career as an Investment Banking Associate at Canaccord Genuity.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
