Michelle Winters

Michelle is a senior member of Northleaf’s private credit team, with a leadership focus on asset-based finance. Michelle is responsible for product and portfolio strategy, co-investments, business development and investor relations.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, Michelle was a Director at Hydro One focused on M&A and corporate development across the North American utility sector. Previously, Michelle was a Senior Associate on the investment team at Penfund Capital. Michelle began her career in investment banking at Canaccord Genuity.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
