CJ Wei

CJ participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments, with a focus on asset-based specialty finance investments globally.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, CJ was a Vice President at Fundamental Advisors focused on specialty finance investments across the capital structure.  Previously, CJ worked at Jefferies Group focused on debt advisory and restructuring. CJ began his career as an Investment Analyst at Man Group. 

CJ received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
