Nadim leads Northleaf's Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate Development and Strategic Distribution teams and is a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the firm's financial management and is responsible for partnerships, new product development and expanding the distribution of Northleaf's private markets products to retail, insurance and other market participants.
Previously, Nadim was the Head of Northleaf’s Strategic Distribution & Marketing team. He started with Northleaf in 2014 as a member of the private equity investment team. Prior to joining Northleaf, Nadim was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Chicago in the Corporate Finance and Healthcare practices and worked on a broad range of strategy and operational engagements. He began his career with Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital, as an Associate.
Nadim received an M.B.A. (Siebel Scholar) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an A.B. (Cum Laude) in Economics from Harvard University.
